There are homes that get listed…
and then there are homes that get prepared.

Before this home ever went active, we made a decision:
no guessing, no surprises, no unfinished work left for the next owner.

We started with a professional measurement and a pre-listing inspection—not because we had to, but because we wanted to know exactly what a buyer would see before they ever walked through the door.

From there, every step was intentional.

The home received a new roof, not a repair.
The HVAC system was serviced.
Pest control inspected and treated the property.

We addressed the exterior fully—
warped siding was replaced, the home was pressure washed and freshly painted, and even the shutters were refinished to give the home a clean, cohesive look.

Outside, the work continued.
The yard was landscaped, and the patio, concrete, and walkways were pressure washed—because how a home feels when you arrive matters just as much as what's inside.

Then we went back to the inspection.

Every item identified was repaired by licensed contractors, with documentation and receipts available—so the next owner doesn't inherit a list of "to-dos."

And once the work was done, we made sure the home was presented the right way:

  • Professional photography, including drone
  • Homes.com Matterport-style video experience, allowing buyers to explore before they ever step inside

Here's what that actually means for a buyer:

It means you're not walking into a project.
You're walking into a home where the hard conversations have already been had—and handled.

And in a market where many homes still come with unknowns…
that matters more than most people realize.
